What is Hyaluronic Acid (HA)?
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a gel-like substance that naturally occurs in the body. It attracts and absorbs water like a sponge and works to cushion and hydrate joints, nerves, eyes, hair and skin.
Hyaluronic Acid is crucial to the moisture and elasticity of our skin. Unfortunately, as we age, the concentration and molecular weight of HA substantially decreases. Because of this, hyaluronic acid has been widely researched and formulated as a powerful active ingredient in serums, moisturizers, and other cosmetic products.
Why?
Both Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments have demonstrated their effectiveness on aging skin. And, doctors are experimenting with a combination of the two forms of therapy. By creating a mix of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and PRP facial treatments, you can achieve a two-dimensional effect on the signs of aging in your skin. HA works to increase the levels of moisture in the underlying layers while PRP works to rejuvenate the layer of collagen and elastin. Together, IPPOCARE 2-in-1 PRP tube with HA give your customers/clients smooth, youthful skin.
An Innovative Solution (PRP + HA)

Study that prove the results
Barbara Hersant, M.D., from the Henri Mondor Hospital in Paris, and colleagues investigated and assessed the synergistic effect of the combination of hyaluronic acid (HA) and autologous platelet-rich plasma (a-PRP) injections on facial skin rejuvenation in comparison to using either treatment by itself. The findings of this study were published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal (July 2021).
The prospective study included 93 patients that were randomized into one of three intervention groups. Each subject underwent three treatment sessions with either a-PRP, HA or a mixture of a-PRP and HA (2-in-1 PRP tube + HA, IPPOCARE) injected into the facial cheeks.
The treatment with 2-in-1 PRP Tube + HA led to a significant improvement in the overall facial appearance compared to the treatments that were either only HA or a-PRP. Patients who received 2-in-1 PRP Tube + HA showed 20%, 24% and 17% average increases in FACE-Q score at one, three and six months post treatment, respectively. Patients who received HA treatment had a 12%, 11% and 6% improvement in their FACE-Q scores, and patients who received the a-PRP treatment showed a 9%, 11% and 8% improvement in FACE-Q scores at one, three and six months post treatment, respectively.
The authors concluded that combining a-PRP and HA seems to be an effective treatment for facial rejuvenation with a highly significant improvement in facial appearance and skin elasticity compared to HA or a-PRP treatments alone.
Triple Sterilization Process | Pyrogen-Free
IPPOCARE 2-in-1 PRP Tube with HA contains 2 ml of non-crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid with 16mg that provides hydrodynamic volume replacement of the extracellular matrix while the PRP stimulates fibroblasts and keratinocytes to produce collagen and elastin cells. Blood collection tube fits most standard centrifuge models and is a vacutainer for easy draw/fill.
The three-dimensional structure of hyaluronic acid is rapidly colonized by fibroblasts, which produce components of the extracellular matrix and promote the orderly reconstruction of the skin tissue.
Each Blood Collection Tube contains:
2ml of Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
Non-Cross Linked Hyaluronic Acid provides hydrodynamic volume replacement of the extracellular matrix while stimulating fibroblasts and keratinocytes to produce collagen and elastin cells.
Gel Separator Layer
6 ingredient non-bioactive weighted gel acts as “valve” to separate RBC and granulocytes below gel and platelets above.
Anticoagulant
0.5ml Citric Acid (ACD) prevents coagulation of platelets for maximum recovery.
Preparation of IPPOCARE PRP Tube with HA
GET BETTER RESULTS BY UPGRADING PRP TUBES TODAY!
IPPOCARE PRP tube with HA is a synergistic association of autologous platelet rich plasma and hyaluronic acid. It is prepared by adding 4 ml of autologous venous blood to a closed tube containing 2ml of natural, non-crosslinked, at a concentration of 16 mg/ml (32 mg total) in addition to the thixotropic cell-separation gel and the sodium citrate anticoagulant solution.
Take a sample of client’s blood in the 2-in-1 PRP Tube + HA and separate its components through a centrifugation process in order to isolate and concentrate your platelets in the plasma fraction of the blood sample. After centrifugation, the resulting PRP is mixed with hyaluronic acid and is then ready for injection.

Are there any side effects?
PRP only consists of your own blood components, very few side effects are expected. Nevertheless, when injected, the combination of PRP and hyaluronic acid may induce a slight inflammation reaction at the points of injections, resulting in a slight and temporary pain, together with heat and superficial tension feeling. Slight erythema, bleeding, bruising and edema may occur, but this should fade quickly.
