Order Processing
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time.
- All orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
- Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 7-14 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
1. International Shipping (Express Courier)
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days
(Please note: delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance in your country.)Shipping fee: Flat rate starting from USD 60–150, depending on destination and minimum weight.
2. Standard Shipping (via China Post)
Estimated delivery time: 30–40 days
Shipping fee: USD 20
*Order include Centrifuge will be charge extra USD 80 for the shipping cost because of the weight of the product.
Free Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available within China.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country’s customs office.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
They are not included in the product or shipping fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Delivery Delays & Lost Shipments
While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
